The speciality of the house remains the pompe à huile, prepared by Myriam and Rémy, but you will find in this establishment which is a real institution in the region: tirettes (fougasse), special breads and other pastries... To maintain this status, the pastry cooks of L'Ami Louis follow training courses with the greatest chefs every year and come back with new recipes that are always more delicious... Finally, the house now offers a lunchtime formula, with salad or sandwich. Do not hesitate to push the door.
