This family-run estate in the heart of the Crau, amidst the multitude of pebbles that make it so distinctive, farms 140,000 olive trees spread over 70 hectares. The pressing technique, which takes place between 3 and 8 hours after harvesting, guarantees a certified organic oil of the highest quality. Numerous medals at agricultural competitions bear witness to this. These extra virgin olive oils are characterized above all by their hint of artichoke and almond flavor. The olives are harvested when they are turning, i.e. purple rather than black, in order to produce an oil that retains green, slightly herbaceous fruit aromas. You can also buy olive oil, tapenades and dried tomatoes on the estate's website.
