At Coulin, you'll find tasty pastries that follow the seasons: apple and pear tarts, and chestnut pavlova in autumn. We particularly liked the strawberry, raspberry and red berry pavlova, which you can choose small or large to suit your sweet tooth. A special mention also goes to the marvellous chocolate cake. Everything is homemade, using fresh local produce.

Boulangerie-pâtisserie Coulin is located in Saint-Martin-de-Crau. All its products are homemade with quality French raw materials. The flours used are old grain varieties that areeasier to digest, contain less gluten and are richer in nutrients. So Julie and Florian Coulin offer you different types of bread with a new-found good taste, and viennoiseries to devour (almost) without complexes... As for pastries, you can choose from crac'o'choc, baba au rhum, millefeuilles or seasonal fruit tarts . In addition,this establishment invites you to take a snacking break with its fast-food formulas. You can enjoy a variety of sandwiches, pizzas, puff pastries and salads. All made fresh daily on site . Don'thesitate to contact them for your special events, including christenings, weddings or birthdays.
