At A la Table de Nicolas, meals are prepared with quality local produce. The menu is short, but offers Provençal recipes, recipes passed down to Nicolas by his grandmothers to which he obviously added his own personal touch. So, cook and handiman? Among other things, this young chef graduated from the école hôtelière Bourg-Saint-Andéol and has even obtained the envied title of maître restaurateur (master restorer) for his cuisine, for which he uses fresh produce from local producers. Oh and by the way, you can eat on the spot or order a take away meal. During the summer you can enjoy a beautiful shaded terrace. The place couldn't really be called intimate, but it is pleasant and tastefully decorated, and what about the reception? Just one piece of advice, test it.
