The pizzas as they are done in Italy. A handmade dough in front of you (the Amato gesture is worth a look!) and first choice products came straight from the Boot. As the boss says so well: " A pizza is not ingredients but very good ingredients. " At the map, the traditional Marguerita, Regina, Quattro Formaggi and Napolitana, but Le Petit Smart advises you "special", especially Miss Italia with tomato, mozzarella, ham ham, roquette, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan and Oregano chips, and white pizza (notably La with mozzarella, artichoke, Parmesan chips and oregano). On the menu also: foccace, oak, antipastis, insalata and docce. Enjoy a dip or on the small terrace of the hotel.
