Great value Vietnamese restaurant offering a variety of delicious dishes at an unbeatable value.
Times seems to stand still at Mandarin. This Vietnamese restaurant is a sure value. And the Saint-Rémy inhabitants are not mislead there: many many regulars come to have a feast there regularly (and there are even those who let the owner to compose their menu!). There are a great deal of specialities on the à la carte menu (roast chicken aromatized with lemon grass, Saigon rice pot, Là Lôp beef, pattaya beef, semi xao...) all of them are delicious. The daily special offers an unbeatable value for money. Futé chose the bo buns nems (rice vermicelli, beef sautéed with lemon grass and rolls), followed by Pekin-style squids accompanied by sautéed vegetables in wok. Tasty. Just like the candied ginger come straight from Lilamand. The service is very attentive.
