My husband and I stayed here on our trip through the south of France in September. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and had recommendations for the St Rémy market, Arles, and Les Baux. The room was relaxing and overlooked the courtyard/dining area. A/C and WiFi were great. The breakfast service and service by the pool was attentive. We felt so calm and relaxed the entire stay. We'll be staying here again and recommend it to all our friends and family. Merci!

Habitant à Saint Remy , j’ai eu la chance de pouvoir venir plusieurs fois au SPA de l’hôtel ! Un endroit très calme , chaleureux, des soins de grande qualité ! Un excellent moment de lâcher prise que se soit entre les mains de Chloé ou d Ambroise ! Deux très belles personnes , très professionnelles ! Je recommande cet espace bien être !!!

Lieu très charmant mais un service déplorable, inexistant et au vu des prix affichés c’est vraiment inadmissible. Nous avions réservé pour déjeuner, l’endroit était très calme très peu de monde et malgré tout nous avons attendu 20 min sans que la serveuse ne vienne prendre à minima les boissons ou meme nous apporter une carafe d’eau, nous sommes donc partis.
C’est dommage car la justification des prix se fait également par la qualité du service

Chaque année, nous profitons des week-ends pour faire de nombreuses escapades en Provence. Le Saint Rémy, découvert l’an dernier, et idéalement situé au cœur du village éponyme fait partie de nos adresses. Il semblerait que l’établissement ait changé de propriétaire depuis notre dernières visites, et de nombreuses améliorations ont été apportées : l’espace autour de la piscine a été réaménagé, un nouveau bar a été ouvert sur le toit terrasse, avec une superbe vue sur le village de Saint Rémy de Provence et le massif des Alpilles. Nous avons également pu découvrir le spa, qui était fermé l’an dernier, ainsi qu’une belle piscine intérieure. Comme l’an dernier, l’équipe, bien que différente est très sympathique et réactive. Je pense particulièrement à la jeune serveuse du pool bar, qui était très douce et professionnelle. Nous avons réellement apprécié son service soigné et son sens du détail.
C’est toujours un plaisir de revenir au Saint Rémy.
