In Saint-Rémy, an establishment whose rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, but so original. Totally offbeat!
A trendy and select place, in the heart of Saint-Rémy, which goes off the beaten track of the hotel business and regularly hosts art exhibitions. One of its facades overlooks the city centre courtyard, the other offers a superb view of the Alpilles and a 2 hectare landscaped park. The rooms and suites are decorated in a contemporary style. The most famous of them is the Robinson Crusoe suite, a cabin suite perched in its plane tree, with bay windows to enjoy the landscape and great luxury. Unique! Refined restaurant and cocktail bar on site.

Service très compétent.
Menu déjeuner 35 euros satisfaisant, mais sans être extraordinaire quand on connaît le grand talent du chef.
Le menu est correct mais les portions d’un plat à l’autre sont surprenantes :
Entrecôte énorme
Poulpe une seule tentacule dans l’assiette …. On reste sur sa faim
La purée avait cordée ( pas acceptable dans ce type de restaurant )
Les assaisonnements sont trop légers
