The Les Baux de Provence PDO covers 242 hectares and includes 11 estates. The Les Baux-de-Provence appellation offers nectars born from the combination of sun and rock. The limestone and stony soils ensure natural drainage and allow the vines to seek water deep down. The result is warm wines. The winegrowers of Baux-de-Provence strive to preserve this precious, exceptional and homogeneous terroir in as natural a state as possible. 100% of its surface area is cultivated using organic, integrated or biodynamic methods.
