For Michel Marshall visitors, give up all hope… you will necessarily adore the creations of the pastry maker, divine or demonic, we do not find the right word to say it, but he has done some training with Pierre Hermé at Ladurée restaurant and he was a former baker chef at Oustau de Baumanière restaurant. We especially recommend you Paris-Saint-Rémy, inspired by Paris-Brest (puff pastry, crisps with almonds, sugared cream and walnut cake), it's a pure moment of gourmet, one of the seven capital sins to which we give up, without thinking. Déception
Ce restaurant est excellent, les plats très agréables,malheureusement, notre seconde expérience à été calamiteuse. Nous avons attendu 1h après nos apéritifs pour avoir enfin nos plats. Mais quand nous nous sommes plaints la propriétaire nous a pratiquement insulté. Peut-être un mauvais jour, mais cela ne donne pas envie d'y retourner

Restaurant exceptionnel!
Cette patisserie est devenue un super restaurant, avec un très bon chef cuisinier en plus du très bon chef patissier. Excellent gibier (lièvre à la royale, colvert en deux cuissons) ou épaule d'agneau confite, superbes desserts, nous sommes tous régalés ! Accueil charmant et prévenant de la patronne.
