Olivier Pelletier offers, in his shop in Saint-Rémoise, more than 800 references of takeaway dishes to discover throughout the seasons. The chef, who has settled down for more than 10 years, uses the products offered by local producers, so only fresh. Farmhouse poultry and pork from the Ventoux, lamb from Provence, wolffish and sea bream from the Mediterranean, duck from Gers, ... the finest palates and the most gourmet stomachs will be catered here.
