The Délices du Luberon restaurant, in Saint-Rémy, is part of a chain of four stores, whose aim is to master and improve the culinary heritage of the region. Created at L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue by Eric Msika and his brothers, the restaurant offers real places to enjoy life around the Provencal gastronomy in which each establishment elaborates dishes from traditional and innovative dishes. In this shop, we come to taste green olive paste, tapenade, eggplant caviar… as well as jams, honey, olive oil and biscuits. There are more than a hundred references offered by this family business, which is specialist in home-cooking cuisine based on fresh products, purchased during summer without additives, neither dyes, nor conservatives. Enough to fill a big basket !
