Mélanie and Thibaut's exclusive specialty is a brillat-savarin with pansy flower. You can order your own beautifully presented cheese platter. Our cheesemongers won second prize in the national competition for the most beautiful platter! You'll find cheeses from all over France and the region: farmhouse, matured in traditional natural cellars, revealing ancestral know-how. Private tastings, accompanied by wine, are available on reservation. You'll also find delicious jellies and confits!
