This family hotel-restaurant run by Stéphanie and Grégory, originally from Saint-Etienne, is a must-see. The chef knows perfectly how to make the most of local products and serves a cuisine as typical as it is excellent. Among his specialties: the favouilles soup, the homemade bull terrine or the crepinette of bull's cheek gardiane style. This establishment has been an institution in the region for many years. The most difficult thing will be to make a choice! Last advice: don't miss the homemade desserts, they are to die for!
