This brand new establishment, which takes over from the BL workshop, is a resolutely bistronomic restaurant. The recipes are original and rich in flavours. It is a French cuisine revisited by the chef who brings a personal touch full of audacity. As a result, the plates are as pretty to look at as they are good to eat. They are served by a very pleasant staff. The menu changes with the seasons. The restaurant also hosts various events: concerts, literature, exhibitions.

Il n'y a que les cocktails qui étaient maison. Sinon le cuisinier se casse pas la tête. Çà envoit du surgelé ! Bon service!

Cuisine excellente (le burger de La Fabrique est parfait), service discret et intelligent, ambiance très sympa avec de la très bonne musique, pas trop forte, juste comme il faut. Une très agréable découverte et un dîner copieux et savoureux. Bravo ????????????

Bon restaurant, mais le terme bistronomique est de trop. Prix un peu élevé pour la qualité et les saveurs.
Ne prends pas les tickets restaurant, dommage un un restaurant qui se trouve dans un lieu touristique
