Lieu magnifique où nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Séjour d’une nuit chambre 319 (chambre gardian de luxe).
Cadre magnifique, dans le thème de la Camargue, lieux propre.
Au niveau de la restauration, très cher pour le rapport qualité prix. Pas de choix « de Camargue ». Personnel agréable malgré une langue française très compliquée. Cadre et restaurant très beau.
Au niveau du petit déjeuner : rien à dire, parfait!
Au niveau de la chambre gardian : la propreté est vraiment à revoir (toiles d’araignées de partout, poussières ++), peinture a refaire, joints salle de bain laisse à désirer.. cette chambre n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles… dommage. En revanche emplacement parfait, vu sur le marais avec chevaux. Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses.
La piscine n’est pas chauffée ainsi que le jacuzzi, c’est dommage car on a pas pu en profiter. Revêtement de la Piscine dégradée.
Au niveau des activités : balade à cheval hors de prix !!! (A 100m du lieu balade à cheval à moitié prix…) Manque d’animations!
Bon séjour dans l’ensemble mais n’est pas adapté du tout au tarif..

Get your way good people! This restaurant is a disturbing banality. The cuisine is really tasteless, however rates are strongest. The chef canteen school must be more powerful than the " chef" who whom. Avoid urgently! Did you say 4 star?

Pretty setting...But really disappointing service.
We left in couple in February for the weekends.
€150 Per night out one nice to have a good time.
The rooms are simple but not bad. In my reservation it was written a double bed double I had 2 beds stuck with a large sheets...
The bedding was hard the rough sheets... 2 barely comfortable cushions... Not worthy of 4 stars.
The setting is friendly but the rooms are very poorly insulated: Space on the level of the bay window, you can hear people room next door...
The floor is cold, not a carpet to be heated feet (it is what you generally expect from a 4 star hotel: the small trick moreover! ...) was super cold in the room on arrival. Fortunately the bathroom was not bad very well the bathtub.

But in the night thanks to their adjustable air-conditioning one awoke at dawn in a room with 16°C... Not even cold to cover itself one took cover Them beds that were in the closet and another very fine cover.
By unfolding what a surprise to find a large hole cigarette!
In a 4 star I find that it is inadmissible!
One went up the air-conditioning which was made of order alone.
I have one at home of them fortunately I know this type of machine...
finally, you can sleep in 7:00 in the morning.

In the evening you went to the very expensive restaurant setting was pretty fortunately the wine was correct
But I found that the food was more like a canteen than an upscale restaurant...
My friend had taken Gardiane bull. meat was very hard without any taste too cooked rice and tasteless sauce...
for 1 course, 2 starters wine you had for €110. To pay a similar price for a canteen I find inadmissible.

Staff was limiting friendly I speak our mishap room to the receptionist with our departure not an excuse not a word to ask us for our opinion on the stay while there was no who waited behind us.
(I waited until the guest leaves can chat quiet... But nothing. Not an excuse... In short for a 4 star... I very surprised)

Us are warned the morning breakfast was included displaying the bill us while the day before you had told us that it was paying.
The receptionist elegant me a scorning air as if I were supposed knowledge that it was logical to have breakfast in low season included in the price.
At the same time after our mishap in the restaurant we were much motivated to us and pay something also bad...

In short very bad experience and it is rare that I criticise as a place...
I tried to contact the owner regularly (it is in meeting for more than one not bad month...)
I had his wife who was happy to tell me about that I will have to make do with Auberge Familiale I did not have their standing
in short insincerely with the only thing where she excursions it is the trou cigarette... I felt a deep contempt in my connections that I did not appreciate at all.
This hotel is worth 3 star but 4... They do not deserve them at all.
I go regularly in hotels 4 -5 star and it is the first time in 33 years it arrives me this mishap I wanted to share it
I will never recommend this hotel...
