The establishment has been delighting the taste buds of Saint-Germain residents for some thirty years now, and that alone is a guarantee of quality! The new owner continues the tradition of excellence! The décor features a magnificent collection of gardian hats, where you can dine on A.O.P. Camargue bulls and fresh fish. That day, we tried the chef's royal parillada with fillet of wolf, cuttlefish, scallops and prawns, and were won over. We'll be back to try the monkfish with chorizo and the ginger yoghurt cream. Believe us, we enjoyed it!
