Cuisine based on Camargue A.O.P. bull and fresh fish in an authentic restaurant in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.

The establishment has been delighting the taste buds of Saint-Germain residents for some thirty years now, and that alone is a guarantee of quality! The new owner continues the tradition of excellence! The décor features a magnificent collection of gardian hats, where you can dine on A.O.P. Camargue bulls and fresh fish. That day, we tried the chef's royal parillada with fillet of wolf, cuttlefish, scallops and prawns, and were won over. We'll be back to try the monkfish with chorizo and the ginger yoghurt cream. Believe us, we enjoyed it!

Excellentes salades, je mets un grand bémol sur les moules marinières frites (moules réchauffées et frites surgelés) et les liguines aux fruits de mer (assiette généreuse mais froide ). L'accueil et le service étaient parfaits.

Je recommande fortement ce restaurant je vois qu’il y a beaucoup de commentaires et d’avis je ne suis pas étonnée ! Très bonne découverte tout est délicieux ! La rouille la soupe de poissons la tarte meringuée on voit bien le fait maison loin de l’industriel. Aïoli a l’huile d’olive de très bonne qualité, tout est délicieux.

Très bel établissement avec un patron au top toujours aux petits soins avec nous, nous avions une table de 10, nous avons mangé et bu jusqu’à tard dans la soireeune ambiance au top et un personnel au petit soin

Accueil un peu froid, placé juste à côté de la porte avec les fumeurs qui sortent sans arrêt, la serveuse n'a pas accepté de nous placer ailleurs alors qu'une table de 4 était et est restée dispo. Menu ok, repas ok. Par contre petite surprise au moment de l'addition on nous dit "vous avez vu pour la carte bleue ?"' Euh non, rien d'affiché et rien d'annoncé à l'entrée. Cb soit disant en panne..... bref je n'y retournerais pas.
