Cuisine based on Camargue A.O.P. bull and fresh fish in an authentic restaurant in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.
The establishment has been delighting the taste buds of Saint-Germain residents for some thirty years now, and that alone is a guarantee of quality! The new owner continues the tradition of excellence! The décor features a magnificent collection of gardian hats, where you can dine on A.O.P. Camargue bulls and fresh fish. That day, we tried the chef's royal parillada with fillet of wolf, cuttlefish, scallops and prawns, and were won over. We'll be back to try the monkfish with chorizo and the ginger yoghurt cream. Believe us, we enjoyed it!

Closed from November 15th to March 1st. Open Friday to Wednesday, 11:30am to 2pm and 6pm to 9pm. Menus from €23.90 to €33.90. A la carte: approx. €25 (meat or fish dishes). Children's menu: €11.

Pièce de viande très grosse, attentions aux petits appétits (entrecôte) mais rien a dire sur la qualité de la cuisine ou du service
Petit bémol : pas d'option vege dans le menu
Am Freitag und Samstag wird nebendran laut hörbare spanische Gitarrenmusik gespielt - das Restaurant versucht diese mit eigener Musik zu überspielen. Dadurch hört der Gast gleichzeitig zweierlei Musik- das nervt.
