RIO GRANDE
When we pushed the door of this pretty shop, out of curiosity initially, we have to say, we were immediately seduced, both by the reception and the spirit that reign there. The wide range of regional products proposed reminds us, at all stalls, that we are in the heart of the gardian country: rice and salt from Camargue, terrines and bull sausages and of course some drinks to consume with moderation, but not without pleasure: vin des sables,, lavender liqueur, Camargue pastis… evoke the savoir-vivre of the locals.
We have rather tested the Pequelette - we obviously talk about beer - which is a registered trademark of Rio Grande, sold by pack of three beautiful bottles, appearing figures of Camargue animals. It is brewed in a traditional way in three colours: blonde, white and amber with flavors of apricot or caramel. A treat that was not abused, promised.
