CONSERVATOIRE DES CUISINES DE CAMARGUE
The Conservatory of Cooking of the Camargue has set itself the objective of making the culinary heritage known through recipes of cooking, demonstrations and discovery of the production places. The Conservatory undertakes to provide input from clients who have made suggestions, compliments or criticisms, and the chefs are committed to giving their revenue to clients who request it. A Mediterranean cooking school is set up in the Mallard farmhouse under the direction of Chef Roger Merlin, who offers 10-course cooking courses on a chosen theme. A workshop for Mediterranean nutrition and discovery of aromatic herbs is also in place. From the Vignerons and the Bastidettes, Vignerons and Bastidettes have come to join this conservatory for the promotion and discovery of the products of the Camargue…
