A pleasant bistro offering tapas and homemade food in Salon-de-Provence.

The concept changed at the beginning of 2020. If you can still enjoy a good glass of wine accompanied by an excellent charcuterie or some tapas, the Bistrot Morgan (until recently called L'étable à vin) now offers simple, home-made dishes. As for the wines, there is always the same choice and the same service, with sound advice from the staff who know their business well. The establishment is pleasant and the staff always has a friendly smile. A good plan for a relaxed and gourmet stopover.

Très bonnes pizzas confectionnées avec de bons produits, beaucoup de choix, accueil tardif (14h30), personnels sympathiques. Je recommande.

On nous a refusé la terrasse pour manger ce midi.... la raison : il fait trop froid. Avec 18° à l ombre et une terasse au soleil je ne sais pas ce qu il vaut faut. Dommage.
