Located in the city center, this pretty modern restaurant with a superb terrace offers an intimate and joyful atmosphere. Guillaume, son of a line of restaurateurs, officiates in the kitchen with his wife, Ambre. Only fresh products from the market, everything is homemade, here it is an authentic cuisine, mixing tradition and creation: pasta with lobsters, lobster bisque or with white truffles from Italy, Iberian pig with thyme and honey sauce, tripe... a delight! To finish, the desserts compete of greediness and flavours, like the inevitable cheesecake...

Un bistrot qui ne sert pas de boisson à l'heure du déjeuner, je peux comprendre même si la salle était loin d'être pleine. Mais il y a des façons de refouler les clients, surtout des personnes de plus de 80 ans. Heureusement il y a sur Salon des établissements où l'accueil est chaleureux en toute circonstance et la cuisine délicieuse.

La cuisine est délicieuse, originale et savoureuse. Petit bémol es chaises sur lesquelles on était n'était pas très confortables. Mais c'est un détail.
