ABBAYE DE SAINTE-CROIX
A resort offering a cuisine full of sweet flavours.
A dream resort set in a genuine 17th-century stone abbey. The cuisine is equally impressive. The chef, Jonathan Lelorec, works with local producers and craftsmen, and magnifies the products. Here are just a few examples of dishes to whet your appetite: cannelloni of sea bass and crab, burnt sesame tuile; saddle of local lamb stuffed with chanterelle mushrooms, artichoke declension, fresh figs, reduced jus; dab goujonnette, sole and lobster or apricot parfait glacé with the sweet flavor of the garrigue..

stunning setting menu a little disappointing: this winter you had the only between 2 dishes known as tapas: meat or fish.
meat dish is composed only meats and a small anchoiade vegetables, no specialty or local produce.
the only the bistro menu is enjoy setting before being able to offer the gourmet restaurant!
