Here is one of the best restaurants in Sausset-les-Pins, which offers menus and à la carte dishes all inspired by the products of the sea and the Provencal soil. Bouillabaisse, bourride (on order) but also very original menus. In the kitchen, the master chef Ludovic Walter excels. The result is up to expectations. For starters, nems of sea bream and lobster in sweet and sour sauce. For the main course, for example, monkfish medallion bourride style. Finally, to finish on a sweet note, the dark chocolate tonka and cognac iced parfait.

Dommage que les surgelés soient la base de la carte.
On peut composer un menu (70€ hors boissons) en choisissant de la carte une entrée un plat et un dessert MAIS si les trois plats coutent moins que 70€, vous payerez quand même le prix du menu.
Le personnel est sympathique.
