Somewhat removed from the center of Sausset but well placed on the seafront, at the end of the buccolic promenade that leads you to Carry, the Hermitage is a great restaurant, long established and somewhat "in its juice". An "old-fashioned" address appreciated by regulars, but also by lovers of good Provencal cuisine without any real search for innovation. A nice choice of pizzas à la marseillaise, small fries, slices of fried squid, fresh fish by weight but also andouillette or Italian sausage with pepper. Traditional.
