On the small coastal road that runs from Sausset to Sainte-Croix, it's impossible not to see this beautiful seaside establishment. A beautiful restaurant with, it goes without saying given the setting, a panoramic view of the open sea to make you swoon. The menu features regional cuisine, with a house speciality of bouillabaisse, which can also be made into a royal version, with carving included in both cases. A fine fish menu, suggestions for grilled meats and two value menus. A long-standing address worth rediscovering.
