The address is not new but Petit Smart was pleasantly surprised by the change of ownership! On the menu: excellent value for money (with a daily dish at 9 €), smiling and efficient service and simple but tasty dishes like this Lorraine quiche, this mustard rabbit, and its gnocchis or homemade lasagna. All the ingredients for making Trident a good canteen. And for those who want to take their time, two menus are offered. The same recipe: simple and good with scrambled eggs, hot goat salad, pork conflict, mule fillets, head of calf sauce gribiche, feet and packages to Provence.
