CLOITRE DES CORDELIERS - ESPACE TARTARIN
A magnificent renaissance cloister, built in the second half of the century, presenting exhibitions.
Built in the second half of the 16th century, this magnificent Renaissance-style cloister belonged to the convent founded by the Order of Friars Minor. Today and throughout the year, exhibitions are presented there, which find in these vaulted galleries an exceptional setting. Also installed in the cloister, the Tartarin space presents scenes from Alphonse Daudet's famous novel, Tartarin de Tarascon: the cabinet of curiosities and Madame Bézuquet's salon.
