Built in 1648 in the style of Louis XIII, its façade overlooking the Market Square features a corbel balcony and a niche with a statue of St. Marthe, the city's patron. In the first floor room, the consuls'seats, wall woodwork and the French ceiling are at the time. Toiles's paintings, representing Napoleon III visiting the Tarasconnais during the floods, are also to be discovered in this very well restored ensemble.
