DOMAINE DE LANSAC
At the foot of the Alpilles, the estate has belonged to the Sabran-Pontevès family since 1817. Éloïse perpetuates a long wine tradition by developing the vines, planted by her great-grandparents in 1900. Wines but also organic vinegars, a confidential and even ancestral production because the mother (i.e. the gelatinous deposit that forms at the bottom of the wine bottle) dates from more than a hundred years ago, and is fed since with the tasting bottles of the domain started and not finished. Everything is qualitative, respectful, essential.
