OLIVES ARNAUD - LE MOULIN DE DAUDET
Confectioner of olives for three generations, the Arnaud family, originally from Fontvieille, moved to Tarascon a few kilometres from there to set up their manufacturing workshop. An ultra-modern production unit that allows them to export their products worldwide. The candied olives are green (picholines to natural, broken with wild fennel, spicy, flavoured with herbs from Provence) and black (spiced with Camargue salt, flavoured with thyme or garlic) and mixed (cut with lemon). Green and black tapenades, anchoïade, pesto and roasted vegetables in olive oil (dried tomatoes, eggplant, artichoke) complement the "aperitif" range of a house that also selects an A.O.P. extra virgin oil from the nearby Baux valley orchards. Products that all good cooks in the area have in their closet!
