The Mallessons farm 20 hectares of garrigue land, ideal for growing perfume, aromatic and medicinal plants. The plants are traditionally distilled in their laboratory to produce essential oils, floral waters and soaps. The rest is dried and transformed into herbes de Provence. They also produce a fruity green olive oil and honey. You can't visit the distillery, but you can see the lavender fields in bloom in July.
