Between Aix-en-Provence and Lubéron in Alleys, Mas du Lubéron houses six loft style rooms and the Lubéron Flambée a gourmet restaurant with a strong southern identity. Spices of pickled spices are stained with a creamy sauce in Provence honey, with the cabillaud of cod and crustaceans accompanied by artichokes and vegetables in white wine. The meeting of strawberry and rosemary in a walnut opera is a delight. A refined, spontanéité and well-signed cuisine. We also have to mention not only the wine list, but the wine maps, since there are two, one'classic ', the other dedicated to rare wines… We appreciate the lunch formula, which is already gastronomic, allowing a discovery of the Mas and its cuisine at affordable prices. And a hat of hat for the wonderful vegetarian menu that magnifies the vegetables of the Potager garden! Smartshops: cooking courses, initiation initiation, collection in the garden, discovery of local products on the ground…
