You will find in this point of sale fruits, vegetables, cereals, honey, flours, olive oil, eggs, organic fruit juices and wines from the Domaine de Violaine, an estate of about thirty hectares, part of which is occupied or cultivated in permaculture by market gardeners, an olive grower, a beekeeper and a poultry grower. This land is shared with the vineyard, which is also organically farmed; the wines are vinified at the Domaine and are made from hand-picked grapes. A sheltered plot is planted with centifolia roses -cultivated without pesticides- which are used to make soaps, bath salts and hydrolats, organic cosmetics.
