Naturally, the Vésubie valley grows a rich and varied grass. For centuries, farmers have developed a pastoral activity oriented mainly towards cheese production. All the stages of manufacture are made in the cheese dairies called vacheries. Several farms in Organ area include Annie and Gérard Sic, which populate dairy goats and sheep.
