Var: Herbs and flowers in the spotlight for the month of May in Flayosc

Since May 10, a new menu has been waiting for you at Le Nid restaurant in Flayosc in the Var. Various new products await you and a special menu was created during the weekend of the 25th and 26th. Originality was at the heart of this menu since it was designed mainly around herbs and flowers. Asparagus, artichokes, pigeon supreme and strawberry tartar with jasmine confit were found to finish.
