CAMPAGNE BASSE CROZE
Neither greenhouses nor cold stores on this 13-hectare farm taken over by Mickaël Cavalier in 2010. It was once a walnut plantation. He kept the trees, then rearranged the space to enhance and optimize the site in a multiproduction. 2 hectares are dedicated to gardening, respecting the environment and in biodynamie (without any treatment and according to the calendar). You can go there to fill your basket with all the seasonal fruits and vegetables (about forty varieties), picked or gathered the same day. Unsold products are transformed into a coulis, jams… You can add to your shopping list fresh eggs from the farm henhouse and honey produced by the 7 hives installed in the countryside. 3 hectares are spent on cereal cultivation (chickpeas, buckwheat, etc.) and 6 hectares of forests produce firewood to supply chimneys and stoves in winter.
