If you want to taste the delicacies of the region, the confectionery is known for its excellence, and Audrey offers a selection of products from local artisans: orangettes, calissons, candied fruit, fruit pasta, nougats… There are also specialities such as the Montdorine of a small village of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, it is a half-clementine confit coated with almond paste on a bed of black chocolate. Not to mention the biscuits like the famous Forcalquier navette cookies. It also recently offers tea in bulk, about fifty varieties.
