This is Avignon's oldest bakery, founded in 1931 and formerly known as Maison Trouillas. Their breads, viennoiseries, fougasses, mounas and brassadeaux (Provencal brioche not found elsewhere in Avignon) are baked in Avignon's oldest oven, dating from the 16th century. The concept has evolved into a tearoom, delicatessen and lunchtime snack bar.
