The locavore concept has been applied for 25 years: products come from the Saint-Etienne-du-Grès market, where producers and retailers meet three times a week. In season, several varieties of local strawberries are available: ciflorette, mara des bois, gariguettes, dream, for which the Sources de Vie team will explain the specifics.
