Originally a pastry chef and chocolate maker, Michael Nakach decided in December to open a workshop to devote himself solely to one of his passions: chocolate. His leitmotiv: to create chocolate with subtle flavours, for this he favours many local products such as honey, olive oil, muscatel and saffron. As you can see, Michael likes to have fun and surprise. Let yourself be tempted by the chocolate with carrot-cumin or baobab pulp.
