Elisabeth Molot and Frédéric Chaillan are farmers by trade, their estates (one located in Carpentras, the other in Pernes-les-Fontaines) have been organically cultivated for decades. They propose you to buy local and organic, directly from the producer to the consumer. This is how you will find here the first strawberries (that you can go and pick yourself in the field) as well as a large variety of fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables. From October to June you can also find extra fresh eggs and fruit juices. Great!
