The former Vigier fishmonger's has become a creamery, cheese shop and delicatessen. The best products are all gathered here and offered by Rémy and his team. Blue cheeses, hard, soft, spun, bloomy, natural or washed rind cheeses... Take advantage of the advice - particularly on the use of certain cheeses in your dishes - and fall for the home-made maturing cheeses, from Fourme des Dentelles to Muscat de Beaumes. You can put other products in your basket.
