Laurmar nougats were created in 2007 by master nougat-maker Bruno Delade. No fewer than 15 nougats, black and white, are made in copper cauldrons following the traditions of the confectioners of yesteryear, including white nougats with candied olives from Nyons, pralines from Lyon, figs and chocolate. Lavender honey and almonds from Provence are also used. Products are sold in the boutique, at Provence markets and on the Internet. Visit the workshop by appointment.
