CAFÉ LE FIN DE SIÈCLE
1900s decor for this brasserie listed as a Monument Historique, a real institution in Cavaillon, good food, good atmosphere
The décor and style of this 1900s brasserie, listed as a Monument Historique, is a veritable Cavaillon institution. Its history began in 1899, when entrepreneur Charles Vidau created an urban layout between Place de Cabassole and Place du Clos, with a now-defunct theater adjacent to the Café. You can still see the mosaics created by Italian masons, the gypseries and the period mirrors. Good atmosphere, friendly service, good food and attractive prices, close to the tourist office. If you're ever in Cavaillon, we'd like you to visit us.
