MAISON AUZET
The new owners of Maison Auzet have finally taken their marks and that's a treat. At the head, one of the former employee of Mr Auzet and his wife who left everything to follow him in this adventure. And regulars did not get it wrong because they sip their coffee while reading the newspaper there on the terrace. Among the different breads, a special panel of interesting breads such as the delicious apricot-hazelnut. Gourmets and lovers of traditional pastries will be delighted with the Paris-Brest and other St. Honoré cakes. As for pastries and biscuits, we find all the Provençal specialties such as the pastry, the crown shaped Cavaillon's brioche (the house specialty), focaccia and gibaciers. A plate full of food is also available for lunch on weekdays: lasagna/salad on the test day or skewers of turkey with Camargue rice, made with fresh products of the early morning bought in the neighbouring shop.
