Restaurant that offers a cuisine that is worth the trip, according to the season in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Our favorite is Hugo Loridan Fombonne, who runs the kitchen at Les Fines Roches, where he was second-in-command until 2018. His signature dish is well worth the trip if you're a fan of sweetbreads, seasonally adapted, confit in red wine, served with salsify and artichokes from Provence. You can sit indoors in the chic, cosy dining room or, in summer, on the château's terrace, and enjoy your meal and the view over the estate's vineyards,

Un très joli parc,planté d oliviers,un château flanqué de solides tours de pierres..une belle chasse aux œufs pour les petits..

Rapport qualité prix,trop cher par rapport à la prestation, exemple ,2 asperges aussi fine qu'une aiguille à tricoter accompagne l'agneau pascal, tout est petit chez eux sauf le prix .

Extérieur fantastique, personnel agréable mais pas aussi confortable et authentique à l'intérieur qu'on aurait pu s'y attendre. Une vue imprenable cependant.

Lieu exceptionnel à 2 pas de Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Un personnel attentif dans un cadre très agréable. Laissez vous bichonner par la personne dédiée au petit déjeuner...
