Restaurant that offers a cuisine that is worth the trip, according to the season in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Our favorite is Hugo Loridan Fombonne, who runs the kitchen at Les Fines Roches, where he was second-in-command until 2018. His signature dish is well worth the trip if you're a fan of sweetbreads, seasonally adapted, confit in red wine, served with salsify and artichokes from Provence. You can sit indoors in the chic, cosy dining room or, in summer, on the château's terrace, and enjoy your meal and the view over the estate's vineyards,

Plats excellents et la carte est tout à fait raisonnable en terme de prix.
La carte des vins est énorme et il nous est un peu difficile de s’y retrouver et les tarifs sont un peu premium.
Sinon accueil et service parfait.
