Provence has a veritable tradition of cookies, and they hold no secrets for the Lola team. We're all familiar with aniseed, lavender and orange blossom navettes. But we're also crazy about Ouvèze pebbles and croquants. We discover new creations, with a particular fondness for chouchettes and esses. And let's not forget the little savories that combine two flavors, such as goat cheese and rosemary, or tomato and paprika. They're a perfect substitute for the toasted crouton of tapenades.
