At Clos du Joncuas, the vines are on terraces, sheltered from the wind. The technique is ancestral. The winegrower calls himself "the cultivator of the sun". The vineyard is gradually being converted to organic farming. The vinification is done in cement vats. The reds are aged in oak barrels. The estate offers gigondas in red, rosé and a cuvée with grenache spirit, vaqueyras in red and séguret in red and white. If tastings are possible at the cellar, you will also find these wines on the menus of the restaurants in the region.
